The Aura is another residential development by Hub Architects. The site contains Contemporary four-storey apartment blocks in a secure residential estate. The Clubhouse includes a gym and a swimming pool. Steel roofs and balustrades are used in conjunction with face-brick and plastered walls. The colors used on the steel elements are intentionally darker than the bulk of the facade. In doing so, it creates a hierarchy of language on the facade. The site was built for optimal orientation with views to the North and North-West. Brought to life with Lumion 9.5; Urban Tana is a semi-detached scheme that is designed around modern lifestyle living. The design intent was to create facades that express a modern aesthetic but retain a simplistic box like language that is understandable and easy on the eye. The use of light and dark shades accentuated with focal points of primary colors help give this development its modern feel. This secure Contemporary residential development in Pretoria East is designed to maximize views to the north and north-east. A running track meanders through the development connecting the various village components to a modern clubhouse, which has been strategically placed on a similar axis with the gatehouse. The contemporary farm style architecture combines white and grey painted walls with face-brick detailing, grey steel roofs and aluminium framed windows.
