Parks on view received the PIA - Commendation for architecture - 2025 Award.

The design of the two- and three-storey modern farm-style apartments features dark grey steel roofs and aluminium window frames, complemented by smooth plaster walls and face brick detailing. The design incorporates sustainable materials and modern aesthetics, creating an environment that is both functional and visually striking. The sleek, minimalist exterior combines rustic charm with contemporary sophistication, creating a balanced, inviting aesthetic. Large windows and private outdoor spaces enhance natural light and community connection, offering a comfortable and modern living environment.
